We have been searching for a while and we couldn’t find the exact font used in Silicon Valley logo. Probably it’s a custom font, or maybe they customized another font in order to get this.

Silicon Valley created by Mike Judge, John Altschuler, and Dave Krinsky is a comedy television series. Silicon Valley premiered in 2014 on HBO and the series fifth season was premiered in 2018 and now the series is renewed for the final season. The first fifth seasons include 46 episodes. The sixth and final season has seven episodes.
