What Font Was Used in Madagascar Logo and Posters?
We have been searching for a while and we couldn’t find the exact font used in the Madagascar logo. Probably it’s a custom font, or maybe they customized another font in order to get this.

The first installment in this series was Madagascar that was released on May 27, 2005. This film was directed by Eric Darnell and Tom McGrath and the screenplay was written by Mark Burton, Billy Frolick, Darnell, and McGrath. Grossing $532, 680,67 worldwide the film was a box office success.
Madagascar received mixed reviews and it was rated 6.1/10 on Rotten Tomatoes. The story is about four animals used to living in the Central Park Zoo but they suddenly find themselves in an island Madagascar and they have to learn to live in the wild.
Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa is the second installment in this series and it was released on November 7, 2008. Directed by Eric Darnell and Tom McGrath and a screenplay written by Etan Cohen, Darnell, and McGrath, this film grossed $603.9 million and became one of the highest-grossing films in 2008. The reviews about the film were mainly positive and critics believed it was an improvement on the first installment.
The story is about the animals flying back to the New York zoo but they suddenly land in a nature reserve in Africa. In the wilderness of Africa, they meet their own kinds but the problem is that they can’t communicate with them.
Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted was released in 2012 is the third film in this series. Grossing over $746 million worldwide this film was the eighth highest-grossing film in 2012. The approval rating for the third installment on Rotten Tomatoes was 79%. The story revolves around the Madagascar animals that in order to get back to New York they join a European circus but they find out that they are being pursued by a psychiatric animal.
