About V for Vendetta
V for Vendetta is about the spread of a deadly virus by a fascist party to sell its vaccine at the expense of the people’s vote. The Wachowski brothers are best known for their Matrix movies.
In this film, they show that what seems to be threatening the human condition and forcing the masses to take shelter behind the rulers is, in fact, not from nature or destiny, but from under the cloak of those in power who are poisoned by the arrows.
The film focuses on the release of a virus that killed 80,000 people, some confessed to being “terrorists” spreading the virus in front of television cameras, and then were executed. This prompted the Secretary of Defense, a man named Adam Satler, to vote in the election and then to introduce the Chancellor’s office to the United Kingdom to place himself in that position.
